Drawing on many years of experience living and working abroad, KGKAssociates offers comprehensive support for global assignments, assisting professionals from preparation through repatriation. I help individuals and their employers ensure that international assignments are successful and that employees are engaged and effective for the duration of their time abroad.

Our expat support services include three months of 1:1 coaching before the start of an assignment, along with country or region-specific cultural guidance. Ad hoc sessions are provided during the time abroad. Another round of 1:1 coaching takes place in the three months before repatriation, to support reintegration and the transition home.
