Individual Coaching

During our 30-minute video conversation, we'll discuss what's motivating you to consider working with a coach. The discovery session is a relaxed and confidential space for you to share your goals and aspirations. It is a time to ask any questions you may have about the coaching process. You'll also learn about our approach to coaching and how we might be able to support your efforts.

Deciding to work with a coach and selecting a coach is a personal process. For that reason, there will be no pressure to make a decision during our call. Instead, we'll offer suggestions for your next steps, whether that includes working with me or exploring other options. The goal is that you leave our session with a clearer path forward. ​
